Customer Rating: Summary: Betty Crocker Cookbook: Everything You Need to Know to Cook Today, 10th Edition Comment: I was somewhat disappointed with this book. I have a pretty old Betty Crocker paperback cookbook from the 1970's that is well used and falling apart, I decided to replace it with a new book, this newer book leaves out lots of stuff in the older book, (EXAMPLE: a lamb rib roast) so I still can't retire that old paperback and buy more Scotch tape.
